What is the return policy?
We hope you love your NoorGhar piece, but if you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility
for Returns:
●Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their
original condition with all tags, packaging, and documentation intact.
●Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
●Items must be shipped back to us within 7 days of return
approval and reach our warehouse within 14 days of return approval.
How is our pricing justified?
Each piece takes minimum 100 hours of work and effort. A great deal of human recourse goes into designing, cutting, block printing and stitching your piece. Our garments are premium, feel exquisite on
your skin and are exclusively crafted for you.
When will I get my order?
Delivery usually takes about 7-14 days, keeping in mind the logistics barriers. Kindly be patient, your garment is being made with utmost love and it will reach you in time.
Where are your products manufactured?
Noorghar’s workshop is based in Ludhiana. The entire process from sourcing fabric, colour making, block printing, making packages to packaging of your garment is done in house.
How much is the shipping cost?
Shipping costs are included in the price of the garment.
